Senior Director, Data Strategy Lead
The Senior Director, Data Strategy Leadis responsible fordefining and executing the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Data Strategy to enable business growth and operational excellence. This role ensures data is effectivelyleveragedacross the OU and system, partnering closely with DTS to align technology, architecture, and governance. The position drives consistency, quality, and accessibility of data to support advanced analytics, AI initiatives, and decision-making. What You'll Do for Us Key Responsibilities 1. Define & Execute NAOU Data Strategy: 2. Partnership withbusiness and DTS: Collaborate with DTS teams toalign ontechnology platforms, architecture, and data governance. Influence decisions on data enablement and ensure seamless execution across systems. Ensure business priorities and problems to solve are clearly articulated to DTS to inform strategy and execution
3. Data Enablement & Execution: Drive initiatives that improve data quality, accessibility, and usability across the OU. Ensure data foundations support advanced analytics and AI use cases.
4. Governance & Compliance: Champion adherence to enterprise data policies, privacy, and security standards. Monitor compliance and mitigate risks related to data management.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on data-related priorities. Communicate strategy, progress, and impact clearly to senior stakeholders.
What You'll Need Qualifications 10+ years in data strategy, governance, or digital transformation roles. Education:Bachelors degree required; Advanced degree preferred Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and enterprise platforms. Proven ability to partner with IT and business teams in large, matrixed organizations. Experience enabling analytics and AI through robust data foundations. Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Pay Range:$195,500 - $226,800 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
