The Senior Director, AI Strategy and Adoption leadsNorth Americasagenda to scale AI responsibly and effectively across the business. Reporting tothe Head of Data and Insights, this role ensures AI delivers measurable value across the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) workingwith DTS, Global Emerging Technology, and business leaders to prioritize high-impact use cases, build AI capabilities, and embed AI into core workflows. This role blends strategic leadership with technicalexpertise. NAOU is at an inflection point where AI can accelerate growth, productivity, and decision-making. 5. Governance & Responsible AI: WhatYoullNeed Qualifications(Required) 12+ years in digital transformation, strategy, analytics, or AI-enabled roles. Education:Bachelors degree required; Advanced degree preferred Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in large, matrixed organizations. Strong strategic thinking and executive presence. Familiarity with AI technologies and emerging trends (no codingrequired). Experience driving adoption and building capability programs at scale. Strong business acumen, witha track recordof delivering value through technology-enabled change

Pay Range:$195,500 - $226,800 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
